PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Once you have been scheduled, please fill out the intake form and email it back within 48 hours of your session
2. All sessions are done via Zoom (If you would like a face-to-face session, it will be additional fees)
3. Please be prepared to ask questions and take notes
4. Booking times are EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST).
When booking a Face-to-Face session, please be advised that the location will be sent to you via email. Face-to-face sessions are ONLY for clients in Columbus, GA and Atlanta, GA area unless you are willing to travel.
Cancellations/Rescheduling Policy:
1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment date
*Client ONLY gets 1 reschedule*
2. If the client misses their rescheduled appointment, they will have to book their service again at full price.
3 If the client decides to cancel, reschedule, or misses their appointment there will not be a refund of any amount. Client can book a new appointment at their convenience.
4. No call/no shows will forfeit booking
